What is considered a user for billing?
A user is any team member who has an active, non-archived account with access to TeamOK within your organization. You prepay based on this count.
Does TeamOK offer a free trial?
Instead of a trial, you can start with our Free plan, which provides unlimited users and access to core TeamOK features to test our platform.
Will TeamOK include AI features?
Yes, AI-powered call summaries are available with the Pro and Business plans. After each video call, TeamOK automatically generates a clear summary to help your team stay aligned, follow up faster, and never miss key points.
How does billing adjust when my team changes?
TeamOK uses a prepayment model. When adding a new user, charges are prorated for the remaining billing cycle. For removed users, unused prepaid amounts are credited back to your TeamOK account to reduce next invoice.
How and when are payments processed?
Payments are securely processed via major credit cards. Your monthly payment is automatically processed on your monthly billing date, or daily if your outstanding balance due exceeds $100.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes, you can change your plan or cancel your subscription at any time. Any unused prepaid amount from your previous plan will be credited, and the new plan will be charged proportionally.
What happens if I decide to cancel my subscription?
You will have access to TeamOK until the end of your currently paid billing period. No refunds are provided for the remaining period, but any existing credit can be used for future payments if you resubscribe within 365 days. Your subscription will not automatically renew.
Is there a discount for annual prepayment?
Yes, you receive a discounted rate when you choose annual prepayment: $4/user/month for the Pro plan (vs $6 monthly) and $8/user/month for the Business plan (vs $12 monthly).
What are the key differences between the Free, Pro, and Business plans?
The Free plan offers unlimited users with core features, including 1 year of message history, 10 days of video storage, and group calls for up to 10 participants. The Pro plan extends message history to 2 years, video retention to 60 days, supports up to 30 participants in group calls, adds employee profile custom fields and AI-powered call summaries. The Business plan further expands message history to 5+ years, video retention to 120 days, allows up to 500 participants in group calls, and includes all Pro features.

Are there any hidden fees?
No, our pricing is fully transparent. You only pay the listed price per user for your chosen plan, based on our transparent prepayment model.
